When making an appointment it helps to give our receptionist a brief idea of the reason for the visit in order to assure that appropriate time is given and appropriate documentation can be arranged prior to your consultation.

As email lacks an appropriate level of privacy we would prefer phone contact for medical information. Appointments can be made by email but please be aware that the practice email is cleared only once or twice a day.

We provide phone access to a nurse for information, test results and dealing with urgent health matters. Messages can be left for doctors via this nurse or reception.

Test results:

Patients can ring for their test result by phone. Important tests are tracked by the clinics computer system e.g. skin biopsy results. Less important tests are not tracked.
