Physical access to the clinic is easy: the building is ground floor without any ramps and a large automatic sliding door. There are toilets with disabled access and all clinic doors are wider to accommodate wheelchairs and scooters. The back entrance to the clinic has a large step and is only for staff.

The clinic is located opposite the chemist shop in Redwoodtown. There is a disabled parking immediately outside on the street and also in the car park behind the building. The latter is owned by Redwoodtown Doctors. There is also parking in the RedwoodTrust car park which is 1 minute walk from the clinic.
