Continuous improvement of the practice has been our kaupapa from day one, focused on improving the service we provide for our patients, recognising the local needs and the for ever changing nature of health care. To this end in 2011 we will be going up in the world and will shortly begin construction of a 2nd story to our premises.

This will be to provide better staff facilities in terms of a meeting/tea room and enlarged management space. In addition we will be expanding our reception area to provide for better telephone and other communication with patients, along with providing an additional consultation room for nurses and doctors to use.

Alongside this will be expansion of our computer system and improved telephone system providing more lines into the practice. We pride ourselves in our focus on assuring that patients can ring in and talk to a real person and are not confronted by a "we value your call" message.
